Pricing and commission

Owners pay the platform nothing. Sitters pay a commission on each booking, and that is all — no joining fee and no compulsory subscription.

For owners: free

The account, the search, the conversations, the daily updates and the reviews cost nothing. You pay only the price the sitter asks, exactly as shown on their profile before you send the request.

For sitters: 3.5% of each booking

It is deducted from what you receive, at payout — it is not added on top of the price the owner sees. On a booking of 200 lei the commission is 7 lei, and 193 reach you.

The commission is frozen on each booking the moment it is made: if we ever change it, bookings already sent keep the rate they had.

You set the price, above a floor

Each service has a minimum, so the market starts on fair ground instead of racing to the bottom. Above it, the price is yours.

• Dog walk — from 35 lei per walk
• Home visit — from 50 lei per visit
• Boarding at the sitter's — from 80 lei per night
• Sitting at your home — from 80 lei per night

When the money arrives

The owner's card is held when they send the request and charged when you accept. The amount leaves towards you 48 hours after the service ends — the window in which a problem can be reported. From there, when it lands in your account depends on your bank and on the payment processor.

Cancellations

There is a single platform policy, and sitters cannot customise it. It is frozen on each booking when it is created, so it never changes under someone who has already paid.

• The owner cancels more than 48 hours before the start: full refund. Less than 48 hours: half. After the service has started: nothing.
• The sitter cancels, at any time: the owner is refunded in full, and the sitter must write why.
• If the booking has not been accepted yet, nothing was taken from the card: the hold simply disappears.
