This is a translation. The Romanian version is the original and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. What these terms cover

The terms below apply to the PetNanny pre-launch page and to joining the waiting list. The booking platform is not live yet; at launch we will publish separate terms for bookings, payments and the relationship between owners and sitters, which you will accept inside the app.

2. Who can sign up

You can sign up if you are at least 18 years old and use a real email address you have access to. Signing up is free and creates no obligation, neither for you nor for us.

3. What signing up means

Signing up reserves you a place on the list of people we notify at launch. It is not a service contract, it does not guarantee access to the platform and it involves no payment. You may withdraw at any time, from the unsubscribe link in every email you get from us or by writing to office@petnanny.ro. Withdrawing deletes your sign-up and your data from the list.

4. Benefits for the first 100 sitters

The first 100 sitters who join the list before launch and pass verification receive: the “First 100” badge on their profile, for as long as the account exists; priority in listings and a guaranteed commission of 3.5% on each booking, both for the first year after launch; a free Premium subscription for 12 months from the moment it becomes available; and help setting up their profile.

The order is set by the moment of the first sign-up on the list; signing up again with the same email address does not change your place. The benefits are granted after identity verification and after the profile is published in the app. We may refuse a sign-up if verification cannot be completed or if the information provided is incorrect.

5. Sitter verification

Verification confirms the sitter's identity and contact details. It is not a guarantee about their behaviour and does not replace your own judgement before making a booking.

6. The information on this page

Service descriptions, commissions and launch dates reflect our current plan and may change until launch. We announce by email any significant change to the conditions promised to people on the list.

7. Intellectual property

The PetNanny name, the logo, the texts and the graphics on this page belong to WEB DIGITAL VENTURE S.R.L. and may not be used without our written consent.

8. Contact and applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. As a consumer, you may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
